When you click ‘Reserve Your Seat’ and select Online or Home Tuition then click a subject, a list will appear below. If you don’t find your subject listed, scroll down to click ‘Other.’ An empty subject field will appear where you can enter your own subject and submit the form. If you’re still unsure, you can click ‘Please contact us,’ and we will assist you in finding an experienced and qualified tutor for your specific subject.

Yes, Smart Education is providing online lessons through our own online system. Which is similar to Zoom & Google Meet but in respect of features, we are proud to have more features on our system.

Yes, Smart Education is proud to provide great tutors for students to learn at their own homes. Our tutors are well qualified and experienced. We hand pick our tutors only 1 out of 7 is picked up as our tutor.

All customers receive access to the qualification and education experiences of all the teachers. We help schedule all lessons for the students and manages their all records.

Any student who wishes to avail themselves of services from Smart Education will not be subjected to a registration fee; it is RM 0.

There will be no cash refunds. However, if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the class, your credits will be refunded in your account.

No, refunds are not available. However, we will arrange for a replacement teacher.

There are maximum 04 Weeks which you need to utilize your fee paid. If you didn’t contact the Smart Education for resumption of classes within 04 Weeks then remaining fee paid will be forfeited.
